Shipping Policy

Creation Time At AMOCI, we don’t believe in mass production. Each piece reflects a mindset and is made to order specifically for you. Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. This time includes careful production and a dedicated quality check to ensure your item meets our standards.

Shipping Journey Once your piece is ready, it begins its journey to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• USA & Europe: Typically 3–8 business days after fulfillment.

• Rest of the world: Typically 10–15 business days. Please note: Delivery times are estimates and while we strive for speed, they are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs We believe in transparency. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the most efficient shipping method available.

Customs & Duties For our community members in the USA and EU, orders are usually shipped from local hubs, so customs fees are unlikely. For other international destinations, any additional customs inspections or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Fulfillment Partner To ensure global reach and consistent quality, we partner with Printful, Inc. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order's progress.
